Glastonbury weather forecast
by Charlie Peverett in At home on 25.06.08
You wanna hear it? Really? Do you?
Well, it’s not all bad: the site doesn’t look like a swamp, and the heavy downpours of recent years are thought unlikely to appear.
But uninterrupted sunshine it ain’t.
There will be wind and some rain, with Saturday predicted to be the wettest day.
Daytime temperatures will struggle to make 20 degrees, but the nights are due to be warm.
Cue boring recommendations to take wellies and a mac.
But you could just use your common sense.
Dress as though you’re going to be stuck in a field in the rain (shouldn’t all of us in the UK be pretty good at that by now?) and check out what you really need to take to Glastonbury.
Then have the best long weekend of your year.
